International commercial back office employee

We are looking for an international commercial back office employee for Prispin to join our Prijepolje office in Serbia. He/She will have to deal with:

• Order management and entry;
• Contact customers, agents, suppliers and other group offices by telephone and email;
• Pre and post sales support to international customers;
• Logistics support for orders and shipments;
• Data entry into management system;
  
• Preparation of reports for the commercial management.

Requirements

• At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role;
  
• Degree or high school qualification in economics/linguistics;
  
• Fluent knowledge of English and a second language between German / French / Italian;
  
• Precision skills;
  
• Teamwork skills.
