Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for Prispin to join our Prijepolje office in Serbia. He will have to deal with:

• Manage maintenance activities on machinery and systems;
  
• Ensure that the necessary interventions are completed effectively, promptly and in compliance with safety regulations;
  
• Define the intervention plan for ordinary and preventive maintenance activities, respecting production needs;
  
• Intervene promptly and decisively in the event of extraordinary maintenance events;
  
• Contribute to the technical and technological improvement of the production site, systems and machines;
  
• Coordinate and supervise the interventions of external companies;
  
• Coordinate a work team;
  
• Develop the skills of the maintenance team by taking care of their training;
  
• Interface with other company functions for technical/organizational issues.
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  
• Provenance from production contexts, preferential requirement will be provenance from textile companies;
  
• Personal skills in managing and coordinating staff;
  
• Problem solving and result orientation skills;
  
• Professionalism and ability to work in a team complete the profile;
  
• Preferential requirement will be knowledge of the English or Italian language.
