Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager for Prispin to join our Prijepolje office in Serbia. Reporting directly to the Production Director, he will have to deal with:

• Prepare and monitor processing cycles in terms of times, methods and organization;
• Coordinate the activities of production workers;
  
• Resolution of problems relating to the work carried out;
  
• Reduction of processing problems that may arise in the future;
• Supervise maintenance activities and manage relationships with suppliers and technicians;
  
• Contribute to the technical and technological improvement of the production site, systems and machines;
  
• Prepare the necessary reports to be provided to the Management.
  

Requirements

• Consolidated experience in the role gained in companies in the textile sector;
  
• High technical preparation acquired in the field;
  
• Personal skills in managing and coordinating staff;
  
• Problem solving and result orientation skills;
  
• Professionalism and ability to work in a team complete the profile;
  
• Preferential requirement will be knowledge of the English or Italian language.
