Oracle BlueKai DMP Consultant (m/f)

We are currently recruiting for an Oracle BlueKai DMP Consultant to join our team. The objective of this role is to take a consultative approach to implement and deliver Oracle Business Applications products and services, understands and be able to communicate the purpose and capabilities of the Oracle Business Application tools in order to suggest and implement solutions to business issues.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Business process analysis with our clients
• Consulting
• Product configuration and customization
• End user training
• Quality Assurance & Documentation
• To take the consultant role within the application delivery team for Oracle cloud portfolio (primary Oracle Marketing)
• Be a team player working closely with other members of service delivery, i.e. System Engineers and other Consultants and Developers.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 5+ years of project experience and 3+ years of business consulting experience
• Experience (worked with) marketing automation software products (preferably: worked for implementation or support of Oracle products (Responsys, Eloqua)
• Hands on experience with Marketing automation and campaign management
• Good understanding of Oracle or similar cloud solutions;
• Experience of working on full life cycle implementations of business applications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• English language proficiency

IT’S A PLUS TO HAVE:

• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite, Fusion Financials, JD Edwards or PeopleSoft);
• Good understanding of the Financial Management/Accounting areas (especially GL, AP, AR, CF);
• Experience of providing pre-sales demonstrations
• Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
• Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes in accordance with the “best practice” in particular business
