Sales and Marketing Associate (m/f)

Job description:

• sales of advertisements / print and online advertising models / in professional magazines within the employer’s portfolio
• market analysis and analysis of potentials of new clients
• development and realization of advertising solutions and offers
• direct communication with clients, monitoring of their promotional activities and areas of interest, expanding partnership relations with clients
• planning, arrangement and realization of marketing activities
• sales results reporting
• close collaboration with the editorial board and the graphics department
• other assignments as needed

Place of work:

• Sarajevo, with occasional business trips inside and outside of BiH
• Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics
• good knowledge of basic marketing principles and marketing management
• english language – fluent, both in written and verbal business communication
• intermediate to advanced level of use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint applications
• excellent communication, presentation and sales skills
• ability and willingness to travel for several days inside and outside of BIH
• proactivity and work independence.
